The goal in this garden was to remove the lawn and create distinct seating areas. We reused the original flagstone pavers which were set in DG are now set in gravel. There are DG paths connecting each of the seating areas.
The homeowner requested predominately grasses and spiky plants with some other plants scattered throughout for some texture and color.
My client has a large collection of large potted plants and garden art. We used most of the collection which adds a lot of charm, whimsy and character to her garden. Many of the pieces have sentimental value.
