Several key elements were essential to this project, but none as important as the potential screening of the neighbors homes that loom in all directions. The homeowners wanted a covered patio, a spa and wading pool, a grass area for kids to play, a BBQ entertainment area and a large area for a dog run. It was a fun project to work on.
